NW Tucson provides hiking and biking trails for beginners and advanced outdoor enthusiasts.
Oro Valley has a dynamic trail system for hikers, bikers, inline skaters, runners, equestrians and others. Oro Valley and Marana both sit on the Chuck Huckelberry Loop System.
The Chuck Huckelberry Loop is a system of paved, shared-use paths and short segments of buffered bike lanes connecting the CaƱada del Oro, Rillito, Santa Cruz, and Pantano River Parks with the Julian Wash and Harrison Road Greenway. More than 136 miles of paved pathways and bike lanes have already been completed through unincorporated Pima County, Marana, Oro Valley, Tucson, and South Tucson.
